Paul is a Realtor and a registered Architect. He recieved a BA from SUNY Buffalo in Environmental Design and a Masters of Architecture from Yale University. He founded Greenwich Land Company in 1986 with Peter Lauridsen. Paul is currently on the Boards of the Greenwich Association of Realtors, the Greenwich Preservation Trust and the Greenwich Property Owners Association. He is a former realtor of the year and Realtor Hall of Fame Member.
